The Seville Parks

Seville is famous for its natural reserves in the form of parks and fertile lands. This city has a rich history and there are number of orange trees which are lined with in the city. During the season of spring, the whole city is filled with the orange fragrance as it is the blossom season of the year and you will smell the tranquility in atmosphere of all around the city. Seville was ruled by the Muslims over a long period of time and this left the city with the Arabic Heritage in the form of Gardens and this created the atmosphere of tranquility in the place.

Alcazar’s Garden:

There are number of gardens in the city which are picturesque and one most lovely place is Alcazar’s Garden. This garden is all made in the Arabic method and there are many waterfalls, rivulets with plenty of tiles and traces of bougainvillea and Jasmine.

Maria Luisa Park:

This park is known to be the one of the biggest parks in the city. This park covers an area of four hundred thousand meters and it was constructed originally as a Romantic Garden in the year 1929 during the Latin American Exhibition for the San Telmo Palace by the famous French name Forestier.

Murillo Park:

This park is another interesting place to visit in Seville. This park is located with the famous Alcazar Park and it is all build in the Sevillian Style. You will find number of foliage and arcades in the park and there is ceramic work done in the park as well. This park is decorated with a number of flowers all around the territory. This park has a unique section called Garden of Valle and you will find rich history in this section of the park.

Parque de las Delicias:

This is also known as the Gardens of Delights, and a lovely place to visit and enjoy the locations espagne  greenery all around. You can get to this park through many bus routes including C-3, 4 and 5.

Park Alamillo:

This park was built for the preparations of the famous Expo 92; this park is planted along with the side of famous river Guadalquivir. Gardens of San Jeronimo and Gardens of Guadalquivir were also planted in 1992.

All these parks are planted with great styles and architectural work which has added a lot of natural beauty in this historical city.
